At some point in this lecture we will evaluate on the course so far. If you have things you would like us to do more of, less of or other things you would like to change do not hesitate to reach out to me before the lecture.
We will look at Estimations and different kinds of estimations. We will discuss both pros and cons with different types of estimation such as Time estimates, Story Point estimates, T-shirts sizes and other types. We will look at least two different ways to estimate Product Backlog Items with different strengths and downsides.
To mark the end of the process part of this course I will share a couple of examples from my work life with how we have used Scrum to help us succeed and give some ideas to how you can start a new team using Scrum-but.
