We will get a visit from a freelance project manager Michael Skov Borre. He will share how he works with stakeholders, and a bit about the life of a freelancer.
We might continue the talk about Scrum and the LEGO4Scrum Exercise, and I might share one or two examples more. We will look into the Houston matrix and try to tie Cynefin, the Houston Matrix and Scrum together.
Then we deep dive into stakeholders: What is a stakeholder, where do they hide and where do we find them. When we have found them we will look intro concrete strategies to make sure our stakeholders are happy with the project.
Lastly we will look a bit into some different projects and try to identify stakeholders for these projects.
