We will recap what we learned about the Waterfall Model as well as the V-Model before we dive into the Cynefin framework to understand why projects sometimes fail using the two approaches.
With the Cynefin framework introduced we will try to understand, in hindsight, why a group of people met at a skiing resort to formulate a new manifesto conisting of some core values and some principles.
Lastly but not least we will discuss when these “Agile” methods really shine and what common things we should look for.
